Reset Password

Users can reset their password at any time using the Reset button on the Sign In page that takes them to the Reset Password page. On the Reset Password page, the user enters the email address and a new password. The new password must comply with the password rules. Users receive a confirmation email in their regular Inbox with instructions on how to activate their passwords. If they try to reset passwords within 20 minutes of their previous reset attempt, they will not receive another confirmation message in their Inbox. Users must wait 20 minutes to reset their passwords again.
